Women's Swimming and Diving Earns CSCAA Scholar All-America Team Honors for Spring 2026
Purple Knights' 3.70 team GPA ranked as 14th highest in all of NCAA Division II.
BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – Capping off a sensational year in the classroom, the University of Bridgeport's women's swimming and diving squad was named a Scholar All-America Team by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) following the spring 2026 semester.
The Purple Knights, who also earned the recognition following the fall semester, excelled in the classroom during the second academic period as well. UB posted a stellar 3.70 team GPA that ranked 14th among all NCAA Division II programs.
Every member of UB's roster earned a spot on the NE10's Spring 2026 Academic Honor Roll announced last month, while 10 student-athletes achieved semester GPAs of 3.5 or higher.
In total, 714 teams representing 16,680 student-athletes earned CSCAA Scholar All-America recognition for their outstanding academic performance during the spring semester.
To qualify, each team was required to post a team cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher during the spring 2026 semester.
