Yoga | Monday at 5pm & 6pm, Wed at 5:15p and 6:30pm | Studio 1
This class is perfect for a new student and challenges will also be offered for the intermediate student. This class will include breathing, postures and meditation to create strength, openness and flexibility. You will leave feeling fantastic!
Meditation | Thursday, Thursday at 12:30pm | Studio 1
Meditation is a practice that involves focusing or clearing your mind using a combination of mental and physical techniques. Meditation provides many benefits. You can meditate to relax, reduce anxiety and stress, and more.
Fun Yoga | Tuesday at 730pm | Studio 1

Spin Class | Wednesday at 12:30pm | Studio 1
Need and want a GREAT sweat? Spin is a group indoor cycling class focusing on strength, speed, and endurance, with choreography designed to work and tone every muscle group in the body. For those looking for an intense cardio workout, it's definitely worth giving a Spin class a go.
Echelon Class | Monday-Sunday | Studio 1
Echelon provides our visitors access to thousands of workouts taught by certified trainers in various classes like spin, yoga, pilates, stretching, and full-body which are shown on a 66’’ TV. These classes can fit anyone’s busy schedule.
Open Swim | Monday-Friday (Hours posted at Wheeler Front Desk) | Baum Family Aquatics Center
This low-impact high reward exercise is great for the mind & body. Do some laps in our newly refurbished pool.
Walking Program
This program offers an opportunity to get out and see beautiful Seaside Park as well as burning calories. Each day the faculty, staff, students, and UB community members can walk a different course ranging from 1.8 miles up to 4.8 miles. Come walk your way to satisfaction!
