Bridgeport Volleyball Ranked Number Two In East Region In First NCAA Rankings Of 2013
UB Faces # 1 NYIT Tomorrow On Long Island
Bridgeport, Conn.-The University of Bridgeport women's volleyball team is ranked number two in the East Region in the first NCAA Division II Regional Rankings of the 2013 season.
The Purple Knights trail number one and fellow East Coast Conference member the Bears of NYIT who are currently 23-4 on the season. NYIT topped Bridgeport, 3-2, in the teams' first meeting of the season at UB in October 15.
The East Region's top two teams will meet on Long Island tomorrow night, November 7, at 7:00 p.m.
