Three from Women's Soccer Named to CACC's 2025 All-Academic Team

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – In recognition of their excellence both in the classroom and on the field, three student-athletes from the University of Bridgeport's women's soccer squad have been named to the CACC's 2025 All-Academic Team.
The three Purple Knights, which are listed below, are part of 78 total women's soccer players from 12 different institutions to make the CACC's All-Academic Team for 2025.

Ayse Ataol – Junior | 3.84 GPA | Psychology
Rebecca Morris – Junior | 3.70 GPA | Health Sciences
Lily Rodriguez – Sophomore | 3.70 GPA | Criminal Justice and Human Security
CACC All-Academic Team CRITERIA:
*Student-athlete must be at least a sophomore athletically and academically.
*A student-athlete must be in their second year at current institution.
*Minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.50 (on a 4.0 scale)
*A first-year graduate student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) as both an undergraduate and a grad student.
*A second-year graduate student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) just in their graduate studies program.
*Competed in at least 2/3s (67%) of team's games/matches or started in at least ½ (50%) of a team's games/matches.
