Men's Wrestling Falls to Sacred Heart in Home Dual Meet
Purple Knights compete in Hubbell Gym for first time this season.
BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – Competing in their first home dual meet of the season, the University of Bridgeport's men's wrestling team was defeated by Sacred Heart University (41-3) inside Hubbell Gym on Saturday night.
UB's lone win of the evening came courtesy of freshman Jaiden Hernandez at 141 lbs. The Arizona native notched a 7-1 decision over SHU's Dakota Asuncion to improve his record to 16-9 this season.
