Men's Wrestling Drops Matchups to Williams and Roger Williams

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – Competing in their first dual meets of the season, the University of Bridgeport's men's wrestling team lost matchups to Williams College (50-6) and Roger Williams University (40-11) on Saturday.

UB's afternoon was highlighted by a trio of wins against the Hawks of RWU. Jaiden Hernandez (141 lbs), Matthew Ryan (165 lbs) and Achilles Clarke (285 lbs) were all victorious in their matchups.

Hernandez tallied a major decision over Shaun McLaughlin (13-4), Ryan posted a decision over Gordon Murray (7-2) and Clarke registered a major decision versus Michael Toppan (13-2).
