Women's Lacrosse Trio Tabbed to 2026 CSC Academic All-District Team

FULL CSC ACADEMIC ALL-DISTRICT STORY

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – Following exceptional performances in the classroom and on the field, three University of Bridgeport women's lacrosse student-athletes have been named to the 2026 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team.

UB's trio of honorees is composed of two seniors and a junior, each of whom was instrumental in the Purple Knights making a fourth straight appearance in the CACC playoffs and finishing with an 8-7 overall record.

Bridgeport Women's Lacrosse CSC Academic All-District Honorees:

Kaley Maxwell | Junior | 3.93 GPA | Criminal Justice & Human Security
- CACC All-Conference Second Team
- Ranked second on UB in both CTs (21) and GBs (25)
- Started all 15 games
- Recorded at least one caused turnover in 10 separate games
- Tallied a season-high five CTs vs. Post (4/7)
- Grabbed a season-high seven GBs vs. Post (4/7)
- Second career CSC Academic All-District award

Elizabeth Pitts | Senior | 3.91 GPA | Human Services
- Started all 15 games
- Registered 12 goals and six assists
- Tallied 10 GBs and five CTs
- Had five multi-goal games
- Recorded at least one point in 10 different games

Emily Stuart | Senior | 3.75 GPA | Nursing
- Ranked second on UB in both draw controls (52) and assists (15)
- Scored 19 goals
- Registered 23 ground balls and seven caused turnovers
- Started all 15 games
- Tallied a career-high seven points (3G, 4A) vs. AIC (4/3)
- Second career CSC Academic All-District award
