Senior Courtney Forry Named ECC Women's Lacrosse Offensive Player Of the Week For The Second Time In 2019
Totaled 26 Points In Three Games Last Week
West Babylon, N.Y.-For the second time this season, University of Bridgeport senior Courtney Forry (Reinholds, Pa.) has been selected as the East Coast Conference Women's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week; this time for her outstanding play in games that took place from March 18 through 24, 2019.
Forry helped UB go 3-0 on last week by amassing a total of 26 points on nine goals and 17 assists. She also had six draw controls, two ground balls and cause one turnover in the three games. In Thursday's 19-15 win at Dominican (N.Y.), Courtney tied the Bridgeport single game record and set the ECC season-high for most points in a game with 12 on six goals and six assists.
