Women's Basketball Earns Special Mention on WBCA's Academic Honor Roll
Purple Knights register a team GPA of 3.52 during the 2025-26 school year.
BRIDGEPORT, Conn. - For the second consecutive year, the University of Bridgeport women's basketball squad earned a special mention on the WBCA's Academic Top 25 Team Honor Roll after posting a 3.52 cumulative GPA during the 2025-26 academic year.
The WBCA Academic Top 25 annually honors women's basketball programs across all divisions that achieve the highest combined GPAs. The 2025-26 season marks the 31st year the WBCA has compiled the honor roll.
UB Women's Basketball wraps up a superb academic year that featured four CSC Academic All-District selections, three CACC All-Academic Team honorees and 10 Purple Knights named to the CACC's Spring 2026 Academic Honor Roll.
