PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Continuing a nine-game stretch in CACC play, the University of Bridgeport's women's basketball team dropped a 79-54 matchup at Chestnut Hill College (8-7, 5-2 CACC) on Saturday. The Purple Knights endured a difficult opening stretch, going just 2-for-17 from the field to start the game and managing only five points in the first quarter, which put them in a 20–5 deficit after 10 minutes.
