Sparkill, N.Y.-The University of Bridgeport women's basketball team saw its overall record slip to 5-11 and it's East Coast Conference mark drop to 3-5 with a 64-50 loss at St. Thomas Aquinas College on Wednesday evening. Freshman Kadijah Dickson (Queens, N.Y.) had a double-double for the Purple Knights with a game-high 24 points and 11 rebounds.
With the win, St. Thomas Aquinas is now 12-5 overall and 5-4 in the ECC.
The UB women's basketball team will face Mercy College in its next contest scheduled for Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
