Wednesday Is "Toy for Tots" Night At UB Basketball
Action Begins At 5:00 p.m. With Bridgeport Women Facing Molloy
Bridgeport, Conn.-The University of Bridgeport women's basketball team returns to Hubbell Gym tomorrow night, Wednesday, December 11, as the Purple Knights host the Molloy College Lions at 5:00 p.m. in East Coast Conference action. Wednesday is "Toys for Tots" night, and fans are encouraged to bring unwrapped toys to the game which will be donated to brighten the Holiday Season for local children. A toy donation will cover tomorrow's admission fee.
Members of the University of Bridgeport women's basketball team will take all of Wednesday's donated toys to the "Toys for Tots" Donation Center in Stamford on Thursday for distribution.
The Bridgeport men are also in action on Wednesday versus Molloy, and that game is scheduled for a 7:00 p.m. tip-off.
