Softball Boasts Nine CACC All-Academic Performers for 2025
UB has second highest total of honorees in the conference.

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – After continuing superb academic careers this past school year, nine members of the University of Bridgeport's softball squad were tabbed to the CACC's 2025 All-Academic Team on Monday.
The Purple Knights' nine honorees, which are listed below, mark the second highest total in the conference. All in all, 69 softball student-athletes were recognized from 12 different CACC schools.

To be eligible for CACC All-Academic status, a student-athlete must possess a minimum cumulative grade-point average of 3.50 at the end of the immediately preceding term, must be enrolled for at least two full-time semesters at his/her current institution, and must be a second-year student-athlete at his/her current institution. The CACC All-Academic Team was instituted during the 2004-05 academic year.
