University Of Bridgeport Softball Continues To Excel In The Classroom
Purple Knights Post One Of The Nation's Top Team Grade Point Average At Any Level
Louisville, Ky.-The University of Bridgeport softball team continues excel in the classroom, as during the 2017-18 academic year, the Purple Knights posted one highest team grade point averages of any program at any level recognized by the National Fastpitch Coaches' Association (NFCA) with an Easton/NFCA Top-10 NCAA Division Academic Team Honor. The Purple Knights finished an impressive 3.713 team grade point average last season which was, for the second straight year, the third highest grade point average in all of NCAA Division II and higher than all but one Division I program.
