Two UB Softball Student-Athletes Earn Spots On The 2018 Division II CCA All-East Region Team
Sophomore Allison Luzzi Named First Team All-Region And Freshman Kaira Ramon Receives Second Team All-Region Accolades

Newark, Del.- The Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) recognized two University of Bridgeport softball student-athletes with their selection to the 2018 Division II CCA All-East Region Team. Sophomore, shortstop Allison Luzzi (East Haven, Conn.) earned First Team honors, and freshman, outfielder Kaira Ramon (Stamford, Conn.) was named to the Second Team squad.
Both players earned First Team All-East Coast Conference honors for their outstanding play during the 2018 season, and Luzzi also received First Team All-East Region honors from the NFCA last week.
