Bridgeport Softball Predicted To Finish Eighth In 2012 ECC Race

Central Islip, N.Y.-The University of Bridgeport softball team has been predicted to finish eighth in the 2012 East Coast Conference race in a poll of league coaches that was released on Wednesday afternoon.
In 2012, the Purple Knights will be looking to continue their upswing they started last season as they won double the amount of games they did 2010.
Bridgeport is scheduled to open its 2012 season in Clermont, Florida on Saturday, March 10 versus Alderson Broaddus College.
