Alitha Krolikowski Named ECC Softball Pitcher Of The Week

Central Islip, NY-University of Bridgeport freshman Alitha Krolikowski (Bristol, CT/Eastern HS) has been selected as the East Coast Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week for her outstanding performance versus St. Thomas Aquinas College on Saturday, April 24, 2010.

Krolikowski picked up his first collegiate win firing a gem against St. Thomas Aquinas. Alitha blanked the Lady Spartans with a four-hit complete game shut out (2-0) in which she struck out two and allowed only two walks.

Alitha and her teammates close of the 2010 season this week with games at NYIT on Tuesday, at Dowling on Wednesday and at Mercy on Saturday.
