Clayton Ulmer Named Second Team Daktronics Inc. Men's Soccer All-America For 2011

Bridgeport, Conn.-University of Bridgeport men's soccer team, defender Clayton Ulmer (So., Hamden, Conn.) has been selected as a 2011 Daktronics Inc. Second Team All-America in voting conducted among sports information directors at NCAA Division II institutions throughout the nation.

Ulmer, the 2011 East Coast Conference Defensive Player of the Year and a First Team All-ECC selection, also was earlier named First Team Daktronics All-East Region Team member.

The University of Bridgeport men's soccer team wrapped up the 2011 season with a 9-7-1 overall record, and the Purple Knights made their ninth consecutive conference tournament appearance.
